This pathway introduces students to the other side of school: being a teacher, specifically with our littlest learners. Teachers help children explore their interests and develop their talents. They help children build social skills, self-esteem, and learn how to behave with others. In addition to taking care of children's basic needs, they organize activities to help children grow and learn. Teachers plan games and tasks that foster children's physical, emotional, mental, and social growth.

In the Design & Fashion pathway, students will learn to use the Elements and Principles of Design for both Fashion and Interior Design applications.  Students will also learn about Fashion and Interior Design Careers, Textiles and how to successfully operate the sewing machines. This pathway is filled with hands on projects that are useful and fun.

This program prepares students for a rewarding career in culinary arts and food service management.  First, students learn fundamental culinary and management skills in the classroom. Then students put that learning to work on the job in qualified foodservice operations with industry professionals. In their mentored work experience, students receive mentor support, character development and real-world skills that give them a head start toward a career in the industry.

The U.S. Army Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) is one of the largest character development and citizenship programs for youth in the world. The National Defense Act of 1916 established organized JROTC programs at public and private educational institutions. In 1964, Congress expanded the program to all military services and changed from active duty to shared support from the services and schools. As congressionally mandated by Title 10 United States Code, Section 2031, each military service must have a JROTC program to "instill in students in United States secondary educational institutions the values of citizenship, service to the United States, and personal responsibility and a sense of accomplishment."
